Is embroidery included in the price?

- Yes, the price of every item includes all custom embroidery.

What forms of payment do you accept?

- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal

I'm getting an error message that my product can't be added to my shopping cart.

- Make sure each option field is filled out (except for the Monogram field). If the option doesn't pertain to your order there is a "No Name", "No Design" or "Does No Apply" option.

What is the difference between Monogram and Initials?

- Initials are your full name in order: First, Middle, Last. Monogram is in the following order: First, Last, Middle.

How much is shipping?

- Shipping is calculated by UPS or USPS based on the total weight and shipping address of item(s). You can also choose to ship FedEx based on a rate table.

When will my product be shipped?

- Items will be processed in 5-8 business days (not including holidays). Please note these time frames do not include actual shipping times, they are how long the product(s) will take to be made and shipped from our address. Actual shipping time will be based on option customer chooses ie. ground shipping etc.

Will I be charged tax?

- If the address is a Texas address you will be charged 8.25% tax. Addresses in any other state will not be charged tax.
